I’m Liz, a mum of four, Midwife of over 15 years and creator of New Life Wellness Hub!
I decided to train as a complimentary therapist as I found aromatherapy and reflexology to be really beneficial during my pregnancies and for my mental health.
I decided to open my own private practice based in Lara, Victoria and offer treatments to everyone in the Geelong, Bellarine, Surf Coast areas and to anyone who would like to travel to me!

In 2026 I moved in Vital Health Chiropractic in Lara to share our expertise and create a central hub for pregnancy support.

Training Qualifications:

• Acuneedling Practitioner having been extensively taught by Dr Kate Levett and Heidi Williams.

• Reflexologist training through the Australian School of Reflexology & Relaxation. I hold a VTCT Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Clinical Reflexology.

• Master Clinical Aromatherapist through the Australian College of Aromatherapy.

• Qualification in Moxibustion to turn the breech baby through Denise Tiran from Expectancy.

• Maternity Reflexology qualification through Sally Earlam.

• Baby Reflexology Practitioner through The School of Calmology.
